QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Two years’ experience that demonstrates professional knowledge of golf course operations to include retail, personnel procedures, and course maintenance.
2. Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, to include matters relating to chemicals, spray, and other agents.
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
4. Knowledge of computer programs such as excel, word, and outlook.
5. Skill to supervise employees in accomplishment of work.
6. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications (in addition to the minimum):
1. Familiarization with Alaska environmental challenges.

OTHER ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:
– Selectee will be required to participate in Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer as the Standard method of payment for payroll and travel purposes.
