Patricia Island Country Club’s Assistant Professional assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility. The position is responsible to supervise and manage total golf operations of the facility in the absence of the Head Golf Professional. The Assistant Golf Professional must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment requiring active decision-making. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all customers.

Patricia Island Country Club is a fast-growing club with lots of opportunities for growth. Base Salary $35,000, 100% of Lessons, the opportunity for retail commissions, new programs, and revenue ideas welcome with fair commissions/revenue sharing available.
