Be able to follow opening and closing procedures accurately
Stay up to date with any and all game updates that could affect your store and follow the schedule for updates
Answer phone calls, take messages and deliver them as swiftly as possible
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Organize and run birthday parties
Plugging and unplugging of any and all peripherals for customers
Troubleshooting possible technical problems
Manage relationships with customers, and ensure latest games and communities are supported
