York Indoor Golf & Training Center and second location, Lancaster Indoor Golf & Training Center is looking for Club Fitters and Golf Professionals. The company is growing with a plan to open multiple locations in the near future.

York / Lancaster Indoor Golf & Training Center is 3,600 sq ft Indoor Training Center featuring five Foresight and Uneekor Golf Simulators, 500 sq ft Practice Putting/Chipping Green, and Retail Area. The facility serves as a practice and training center featuring state art of the teaching equipment (K-VEST, BodiTrak, Blast Motion, V1 Video Analysis) and club fitting with all major manufacturers.

The simulators allow guests to practice or play over 100,000 golf courses around the world. Both facilities accommodate golf leagues, fundraisers, private events and corporate meetings designed for staff and clients.

We are looking for qualified candidates in York and Lancaster, the majority of shifts will be at one facility, either York or Lancaster.

We offer five day work weeks with one weekend day off per week.

The ideal candidate is capable of instruction and club fitting, however, we are also interested in candidates with experience in either role.

Golf Instructor – teach / coach individual, group and junior golf lessons

Golf Club Fitter – Custom fit clubs to customers swing, club repair

Other responsibilities include but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting customers, setting up simulator rounds and more

PGA / LPGA Member or Apprentice, USGTF or PGTAA is beneficial

Knowledge of Golf is mandatory
