PLAYERS ASSISTANT:

Essential Duties:

Maintains control over the golfers while they are on the course for the benefit of all who play.
Support golf players guests needs, keep the golf shop informed of pace of play on shotguns and split tee play, respond to radio calls immediately.
Maintain proper equipment and keep in radio contact with the golf shop.
Be an ambassador of good will for the facility.
Diplomatically address guest issues, calling the golf shop for assistance when necessary.
Repair golf marks and pick up trash on the course.
Be observant, report anything unusual to the golf shop including holes in the fence, broken water lines.
GOLF CART ATTENDANT/OUTSIDE SERVICES:

Essential Duties:

Assist golfers by loading bags and preparing golfers for play ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered.
Prepare golf carts for member/guest use.
Bring carts in the staging area and assign golf carts to players.
Assist golfers after their round by delivering them to their cars as needed and checking in the golf carts.
Be knowledgeable and promote events at the Club, course conditions, events in progress, and any information that will be helpful to the Member/Guest, allowing them to enjoy the property.
Maintain club storage areas and cart barn in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
Maintain golf areas outside pro shop, parking lot, etc. so they are uncongested and free of debris.
Assist and coordinate services with other golf operations staff such as Players Assistants and Retail Golf Associates to ensure seamless and efficient service to guests takes place.
RETAIL GOLF ASSOCIATE:

Essential Duties:

Maintain a high level of guest service to our players and guests within the golf shop, perform retail services and complete the daily duties and responsibilities necessary for successful Golf Shop operations.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book T-Times and assure messages are passed on accurately and promptly.
Charge green fees, rental fees, merchandise purchases, and other related fees in an accurate manner.
Perform merchandise sales & restock, while maintaining golf shop appearance and cleanliness.
Close out register and tee time system and adhere to established opening/closing procedures.

We are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule and are available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
