Two Rivers Country Club, Clubhouse Manager

Prestigious member-owned country and yacht club in southeastern Virginia is seeking a qualified Clubhouse Manager to oversee Food & Beverage, Pool Operations, and Buildings Maintenance.

The Club offers an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, two outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, waterfront clubhouse with formal, casual, and banquet dining, a small auxiliary clubhouse, basketball courts, 10 lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, and 100-slip marina. Gross dollar volume is $6.7 million with annual food and beverage revenues of $2.5 million.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional food and beverage credentials, extensive wine knowledge, pool and buildings management experience plus strong leadership, training, motivational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have private club experience; a college degree is also preferred. This job requires hands-on management, and an evening and weekend work schedule is expected. The position reports directly to the General Manager/ Chief Operations Officer.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits, and a Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) membership package is included.
