Performs difficult skilled technical work planning, coordinating, supervising, and participating in the operations, maintenance, and repair of parks, grounds, and City facilities, preparing and maintaining appropriate records, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Parks Division Director. Continuous supervision is exercised over all personnel within the team.
