CCN is searching for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional. Must be a reliable self motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties include:

– Managing daily golf shop operations, including player tracking, merchandizing, tournaments and special events

1- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests through prompt, efficient and friendly service.

– Complies and enforces operating policies, procedures and training for areas of assigned responsibility, including POS procedures, customer service training, work schedules, slow play guidelines, etc.

– Monitors daily tee sheets

– Responds to and resolves inquiries, members and guests regarding member by laws, course conditions, speed of play, customer service, etc., and refers to the Head Professional as necessary.

– Assists in operating member events, coordinating guest tournaments, leagues and special golf events.

– Assist with instruction of Junior Golf camps/clinics

– Assist with weekly member games, tournaments, programs and postings.

– Assist with instruction of member lessons and clinics.

– Assist with Outside Operations including Practice Range or Golf Cart Attendant as required during peak periods of the day / week

– Must keep the Golf Shop neat, clean, and orderly at all times

– Performs other related duties as assigned.
