Process customer tee times over the phone and in person
Answer questions for customers over the phone and in person
Provides customer service to all visitors
Helps arrange and display golf shop inventory as needed
Collects sales and processes them in the POS system
Processes gift card purchases and sales
Takes messages for all staff
Assists in daily register closing
Performs clean-up and closing procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Available during weekends and holidays
Must be highly motivated and self-starter
Must acquire basic computer knowledge
Must have strong customer orientation
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
