Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Golf Professional for a year-round position here at Dallas National Golf Club. Along with all the traditional roles filled by an Assistant Professional, we seek an individual who will bring ideas and impact to all aspects of our operation. The role will cover duties in our Retail Operation, Event Management and Golf Operations. Unique to Dallas National the position will include a place in our new Integrated Coaching System overseen by Director of Instruction, Chris Como. The position offers the chance to play often. Along with playing alongside members and fellow staff, our Professionals serve as hosts to all unaccompanied groups. We also strongly encourage participation in PGA events both attending and playing. The individual we seek must have an end goal of becoming The Head Professional or Director of Golf at a first-class facility and be willing to put forth the efforts required. From our end, we will provide the necessary tools and opportunities in order to meet the goals of the individual.

Oversee all Dallas National Golf Club tournament operations. Also but not limited to manage and oversee golf shop desk: maintain an accurate tee sheet, field phone calls, and assist customers on the floor. Provide support for: DOG, HP, Caddie Services and Outside Service staff and maintain a clear level of communication to ensure the operation runs to its highest efficiency.

Annual Salary $44,000- $55,000

Member in good standing with the PGA of America
