High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in golf instruction, preferably at a resort golf course
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and players
Ability to operate relevant technology, such as school cameras
Ability to observe and demonstrate golf skills
Ability to perform moderate physical work, may be required to lift 100 lbs. occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly, performing such activities as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to five hours without sitting
