Represent the college as initial recruiting contact.
Visit with potential student-athletes and their parents.
Monitor the academic progress of individual student athletes.
Manage all aspects of home meets.
Maintain the integrity of the athletic program through knowledge and application of NAIA rules and regulations.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of NAIA rules.
Practice superior customer service.

Bachelor’s Degree
Have knowledge of golf strength and conditioning programs.
Prior experience with a golf program through playing or coaching.
Ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass the Driver’s background check.
