Golf Hale Reservation Agent

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Golf Hale Experience Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Experience Coordinators have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Greet all guests with Aloha and provide guests with personal, gracious, and professional service perceptive to their individual wants and needs, at all times. A sincere willingness to provide service.
Promote, sell, and coordinate activities/services offered at the Hualalai Golf Hale with individual packaging of services to meet the guest’s goals. Maintain the accuracy and optimal efficiency of the Golf Hale booking system to ensure maximum sales potential.
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, maintenance and organization for the Hualalai Golf Hale. Report all maintenance needs immediately to the maintenance department and inform Golf Hale management to ensure follow-up.
Handle all guest check-ins, billing and payments. Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area. Attentive to detail and accuracy.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
Provide F&B service & hospitality. Examples of F&B tasks may include and are not limited to:
Describe menu options and amenity offerings
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using point-of-sales system
Coordinate food timing. Transport items to the guest in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
Check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
Execute all tasks associated with the daily operation of the Golf Hale. Examples of these tasks may include and are not limited to:
Opening and closing responsibilities
Competent on Resort Suite Scheduler
Orientation and site inspection tours
Scheduling of golf lessons and activities with corresponding instruction professional

Qualifications

WHAT TO BRING

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Ability to lift golf bags and equipment (10 lb. minimum)
Limited experience of golf culture and etiquette preferred
Limited experience in food & beverage service preferred
Blue Card Liquor training preferred, alternatively training will be provided upon hiring
Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage, required by the Hawaii State Department of Health
Must have a valid driver’s license. Cart License training will be provided upon hiring
