Golf Operations Manager

Overall day-to-day operations & services of golf course
Pro Shop Attendant hiring, training and scheduling
Coordinates and runs golf tournaments
Oversees range balls duties such as set up and ordering of new balls
Ensures Cart Fleets are maintained and cleaned on daily basis
Ensures all golf facilities are properly maintained
Promotes and markets the tournaments to potential new members
Runs golf programs such as Jr Golf, Ladies Clinics, etc to promote golf to our membership
Gives golf lessons
Merchandise ordering, pricing, and is properly displayed and market to membership
Manages monthly expenses to Pro Shop budget, minimizing expenses and overtime.
Reports to: Board of Directors
Supervises: Pro Shop Attendants
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
