Pay Rate: $75-$90K (plus bonus potential) Position Status: Year-Round Position Type: Full-Time (Average more than 30 hours weekly) What Will I Be Doing?:
Supervise, train and inspect the performance of all Club Staff, ensuring all St. Hospitality service standards are being completed. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to members and guests. During times of special events, member events or busy service times, you may help with orders, plating, serving, or busing tables.

Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate member and guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all persons, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge of:
Scheduled group activities and locations within St. Joe Club & Resorts.
All St. Joe Club & Resorts facilities and services.
Hours of operation of each outlet.
All equipment and services available for guests at the club.
All safety and sanitation regulations for the club.
Proper use of respective tools, equipment and supplies in the department
Obtain contract bank and ensure accuracy of monies. Adhere to all cashiering procedures and reports in accordance with Accounting specifications.
Prepare staff assignments according to department procedures.
Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to Manager. Instruct designated personnel to rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies.
Inspect the work areas for cleanliness, working condition and proper furniture/equipment set up; rectify any deficiencies with respective departments/personnel.
Ensure that staff has reported to work; document any late or absent employees.
Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to daily business demands.
Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any deficiencies.
Constantly monitor staff performance in all job functions, ensuring that all procedures are completed to department standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel.
Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests. Direct staff as required.
Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed.
Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored.
Ensure all closing duties for staff are completed before staff clock out.
Conduct training of staff as assigned.
Document employee issues in a timely manner following Corrective Action policies.
Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to Engineering.
Document pertinent information in department log book.
Complete all paperwork and closing duties.
Ensure security and proper accounting of all inventoried items.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful? : To be successful, you need extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage, management skills, operating tactics, membership relations, and working independently while leading a team. Strong leadership skills are important as you have to lead the service team for regular operations, but also in special events and member events. At a minimum you should have five years management/supervisory experience. Due to business needs, a flexible work schedule is necessary and must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays. What are the Physical Requirements of the Job? : This position requires regularly checking on services, speaking with members and computer time. Physically you must be able to walk for extended periods of time, ride/drive golf cart, bend, stoop, sit for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
