Experience Required

Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
Team Player
Working knowledge of golf course operations and practices
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Essential Responsibilities

Assume management responsibility in the Golf Shop during the peak periods ensuring service standards are maintained
Promote golf by teaching and conducting player development programs (where applicable), and staffing club tournament events which are established by the Head Professional. Practice golf game and plays with members and guests as necessary.
Establish and administer the club tournament program. Assist in the development of promotional materials to communicate the programs to the members and guests as needed
Assist with running of both ladies golf leagues and clinics.
Promote Jr. Golf through camps and PGA Jr. League
Assist with management of outside operations staff. Help mentor and train staff on service standards.
