Palo Alto Fit is expanding and we are looking for highly-motivated, compassionate and experienced Golf Instructors. We are an established high-end Personal Training Boutique.

Palo Alto Fit is a private facility located central in Palo Alto. Our facility is a 10,000 square foot training center with two training spaces. One training space is an active area centered around a 2,000 square foot turf field. It is ideal for movement and intense physical training. The second training space will be dedicated for Golf performance training using state-of-the-art Trackman launch monitor technology, video analysis, and coaching platform featuring form, ball, and club head data. Our goal is to provide a tailored golf program to fit the specific goals of each individual.

The new Golf performance space will provide an optimal learning environment where clients can improve in real-time and better understand what’s going on in the golf swing – resulting in a more enjoyable time on the course. Our clients will experience fast results with a structured program designed to learn or improve their golf game.

Our philosophy is that playing better golf makes the game more fun. Everyone has a different physical ability, and it’s our job is to help uncover clients’ strengths and weaknesses and together build a solid foundation for the movements required for an effective golf swing.

Responsibilities

Conduct golf assessment and exploratory client’s history, motivation, and goals
Develops and executes a relevant custom program, based on assessment results
Build development plan to improve overall health, golf ability, physical fitness, and mobility
Collaborates with other golf and fitness coaches to best serve the clients’ golf and personal development before, during, and after coaching sessions
Creates a 5-star customer experience by going above and beyond for each client and anticipating their needs
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
Min. 4 years golfing experience
Min. 2 years golf Instructor certification
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive, enthusiastic personality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
