Great American Teaching Professional – Gary Cricks

Gary Cricks is a Level III USGTF member, and currently the director of fitting and a certified swing coach at GolfTEC in Arlington, Virginia.He has multiple certificates (Ping, Mizuno, Titleist, and TaylorMade) for clubfitting, and his objectiveness has made him one of the most sought-after fitters in the Mid-Atlantic area. His numerous fittings include those of PGA, LPGA, and Nationwide Tour players, as well as top area collegiate and high school players.   Gary also has an extensive technology background in video swing analysis with the use of GolfTEC’s proprietary body motion sensors, as well as in state-of-the-art fitting equipment by Vector, Zelocity and TrackMan.  His amateur playing accomplishments include being named first-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference while at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.  His professional playing accomplishments include finishing second in the 2004 Childrens Hospital Pro-Am at 1-under par,  and a fourth-place finish in the 2003 Children’s Hospital Pro-Am at even par in Front Royal, Virginia.
