Entries for the 19th annual United States Golf Teachers Cup, celebrating the 25th anniversary year of the USGTF, are being accepted. The event will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 22-23, 2014, with a special new event, the National Two-Person Best Ball Championship, to be held on Friday, October 24. In addition, two guest speakers, Dr. Michelle Cleere and Wayne Player, will give talks after the first round. This event is open to all WGTF Level III and IV members. The 2014 Canadian Golf Teachers Cup will be held Sunday through Tuesday, September 21-23, at Bay of Quinte Golf & Country Club in Belleville, Ontario, with one of the events being a Networking Best Ball Event. The event includes educational updates and three presentations that are important to CGTF and WGTF members. All WGTF members in good standing are eligible to attend. The third annual United States Match Play Championship will be held Monday through Friday, December 1-5, 2014, at Indian Hills Golf Course in Fort Pierce, Florida, with a guaranteed $10,000 first-place prize.
