USGTF MEMBER BUSY WITH SPECIAL OLYMPICS COACHING DUTIES

USGTF member Pat Church will be representing Team USA in the upcoming Special Olympics in Athens, Greece, as a coach.  It promises to be a busy time for Church and the rest of the team, who will be departing via Department of Defense jet June 18th for the Isle of Rhodes, a Greek island off the coast of Turkey. From there, the team will ferry to Athens four days later for the games. The closing ceremony will be July 4. Team USA consists of 441 members – 318 athletes, 79 coaches, and 44 management personnel. We wish Pat well on her endeavor, and Team USA all the best on its journey.
